Ab Blast - A quick 15 minute intense blast of abdominal work.

Circuits - A combination of cardiovascular and muscular strength and endurance exercises. Ideal for all fitness levels.

Core Conditioning - Build strength from the inside out with this focused class designed to improve core endurance and overall conditioning. Through continuous abdominal and core-focused movements, you’ll train muscular stamina, enhance stability, and support better posture and performance. This efficient session is suitable for all fitness levels and offers a solid foundation for any training routine.

Drum n Bounce* - a feel-good fitness class where pumping drum & bass meets high-energy dance fitness resulting in one epic workout session. It’s designed to have you grinning and glowing, like a night out with your best mates... just with more lunges. This isn’t just a workout, it’s a full-on celebration of movement, music and feeling fab amongst friends! Come to sweat, stay for the joy. .

HIIT - A fun, heart pumping, total body workout that combines cardio exercises with strength and conditioning work in short bursts.  

Kettlebells - Dynamic moves with kettlebells that help to develop strength, balance and cardio endurance.  Suitable for all fitness levels.

Legs, Bums & Tums - A popular class which targets the legs, bum and tum area to shape and tone the body.

Pilates – Strengthen and tone muscles all over your body with these easy to follow and easy to perform low impact, low rep conditioning exercises. These classes may be held outdoors on sunny summer days.

Spin - Fun and invigorating cycling class that is great for increasing fitness.

Spin Express - a quick 30 minute blast of our popular fun and invigorating cycling class that is great for increasing fitness.

Strength Circuits - A strength focused class using dumbbells, kettlebells and barbells to improve full body strength.

Strength & Conditioning (S & C) - Level up your fitness with our Strength & Conditioning class — designed to build muscle, boost endurance, and improve overall performance, both in the gym and in daily life. This dynamic session combines weight training, functional movements, and conditioning drills to help you get stronger, move better, and feel more powerful. All fitness levels welcome!

Strength & Tone - A class designed to strengthen and tone the body using barbells and dumbbells.

Vinyasa Flow Yoga - A dynamic yoga practice linking breath with movement. This class supports overall wellbeing, building physical strength and alignment while promoting mental clarity, relaxation and calm through breathwork.

Yoga - This class incorporates yoga postures, gentle movement sequences, breath work and relaxation. Suitable for all fitness levels, this class will support you to improve body alignment, strength and overall well-being.  These classes may be held outdoors on sunny summer days.

Zumba* – Dance your way to a fitter you with this Latin dance workout.

All classes are led by qualified and experienced instructors.

If you have booked a class and can no longer attend, please advise the sports reception as soon as possible so that the place can be re-allocated.

Non Member: Peak: £8.00 per class, Off peak: £7.00
